In 1995 we began working with Ultra Profile (Japan), a motorised paraglider company, to develop a new closed moulded carbon propeller blade for its engines and co-developed and produced 3 generations of designs to advance blade performance.  This was the first time a carbon propeller had been produced with mass production techniques in large quantities.

We incorporated closed cell foam sandwich construction with 100% carbon weave, close moulded.  The resulting product was lightweight, durable and affordable.
